About Kanban Project Tracker
Kanban Project Tracker is a Microsoft Teams application that brings visual project management directly into your team channels and group chats. Add a kanban board as a tab in any Teams channel or group chat to organize tasks, track progress, and collaborate with your team — all without leaving Microsoft Teams.
How to Use
- Install Kanban Project Tracker from the Microsoft Teams app store
- Navigate to a Teams channel or group chat where you want to add a board
- Click the + button in the tab bar and select Kanban Project Tracker
- Create a new board or select an existing one during tab configuration
- Add tasks to your board by clicking the add button in any column
- Drag and drop tasks between columns and rows to track progress
- Click on any task card to add details, comments, attachments, checklists, and assignees
